Managed Network Services
Services include design and deployment of a WAN environment with remote Network Management. Savings can be made in both line rentals and support costs.

Managed Desktop Services
We will acquire, deploy, manage and maintain Servers, Desktops and Laptops within a managed rental programme reducing the total cost of ownership of end user computing.

Help Desk and Customer Support
Field support, data management, security and data backup - 1st and 2nd level calls and can be integrated with other vendor support contracts as appropriate.

Disaster Recovery (DR)
The M7 twin Data Centres offer customers excellent DR facilities for both IT systems and critical staff. State of the art IBM tape libraries also offer a cost effective off site data storage and retrieval service.

Software Training
Run at the M7 training centre in Cardiff, attendees benefit from one computer system per student and being taught by experienced Trainers. Courses include: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Improvement Techniques and Microsoft application training.

On-Site Consultancy, Trouble Shooting and One-to-One Skills Transfer
Our technical team have a proven track record in supporting customers in field. On site resources can be ad-hoc or pre booked on an annual or monthly basis.
